Website and account terms

Current access

Registration creates a personal Goldstar Racing account. Temporary launch access may be provided without charge and may be changed, withdrawn or replaced by a trial or paid membership. A paid subscription begins only after you complete a checkout that states the price, billing schedule and renewal terms.

Your account

Provide accurate details, keep your password private and do not share an account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. We may restrict or disable access where we reasonably believe an account is being shared, automated, misused or used to compromise the service.

Permitted use and data protection

Racecards, selections, ratings, written analysis, statistics, graphics and database extracts are provided for your personal use. You must not scrape, crawl, bulk download, copy, republish, sell, license, train another model on, create a competing database from, or systematically extract this content. You must not bypass access controls, probe private interfaces, share member-only material or use automation to reproduce a material part of the service. Normal personal viewing and brief quotations permitted by law are allowed.

Racing analysis

The service covers selected UK and Irish racing and may include a race selection and five highlighted daily picks. Data can be corrected after publication. Racing outcomes are uncertain; selections, ratings and past results do not guarantee future performance or profit. Only bet what you can afford to lose.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service accurate and available but feeds, prices, race statuses and third-party services can be delayed or unavailable. We may correct errors, update features and suspend access for maintenance or security.
