Privacy notice

This notice describes the current pre-launch Goldstar Racing account service. For account or privacy questions, contact limitedgroup@mail.com.

What your account stores

We store your name, email, postal address, password hash, referral relationships, renewal preference and marketing choice. We also record account creation, administrative access changes and temporary security information used to limit login abuse. Plain-text passwords are not stored or shown to administrators.

How information is used

Your details are used to provide your account, maintain its security, link referrals and prepare your membership for launch. Your address is held as part of your member profile. No payment information is collected during pre-launch. Optional news and offers are controlled by your separate marketing preference.

Referrals and administration

Other members do not see your address, email or payment details. The member who referred you can see your first name and whether you qualify for their referral discount. Authorised administrators can access member records to operate the service.

Storage and cookies

The site uses its hosting and database infrastructure to store account records. A secure session cookie keeps you logged in for up to 30 days. This version does not add advertising or analytics cookies. Information is retained while needed to operate your account; you may request its deletion or correction by contacting us.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, update your password, change auto-renew preferences and switch optional marketing off in your account. To request account deletion, a copy of your information or help changing your email, contact the address above. This notice will be updated before additional racing, billing or email services are introduced.
