Information we store

We store the account details you submit, including your name, email, postal address, password hash, membership status, referral relationships and marketing choice. We record account creation, sign-in sessions, tracked profiles, selections you mark as “I’m on”, messages and administrative changes. Plain-text passwords are not stored or shown to administrators.

How information is used

We use this information to provide and secure your account, deliver member features, calculate your personal results, manage referrals and memberships, respond to support requests and prevent abuse. Optional news and offers are controlled by your marketing preference.

Audience measurement

If you allow analytics cookies, we assign a random first-party browser identifier and record page paths, internal referrer paths and visit times. The admin dashboard shows aggregate page views, unique browsers and popular pages. The analytics record does not store your IP address and is not used for advertising.

Sharing, storage and retention

Other members do not see your email, address or account details. A referrer can see your first name and whether the referral qualifies. Authorised administrators and service infrastructure process data to operate Goldstar Racing. Records are retained while needed for the service, security, legal obligations and dispute handling.

Your choices and rights

You may change optional marketing and analytics choices, update your account, or ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal information. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal or accounting purposes. Contact the address above for help.
